New look, same mission
To celebrate IVM Technologies’ 5th anniversary, we are unveiling a refreshed brand identity and redesigned website. As an innovative and technology-driven company, we are deeply committed to pushing the boundaries of underwater vision. Our mission is to design intelligent products that reduce the cost of subsea asset inspection, helping our clients work smarter, faster and safer.
Our evolution
After five years in this industry, we have contributed to a greater project: making photogrammetry, an available and reliable solution for subsea inspections. We began this journey with the heritage of the COMEX Innovation Department unit, the ORUS3D and transformed this product into a more powerful photogrammetry unit, the Hydro, which today sits at the heart of our offering. Since then, many iterations have paved our way toward success, but perseverance and inventiveness have always been our motto. We expanded the Hydro into a range, enabling more versatility with four different depth ratings and we developed a SLAM software powered by AI that delivers a real-time 3D model of inspected assets. We have showcased our innovations at exhibitions across four continents. Our products have been part of more than 150 projects and inspecting over 350 assets worldwide. Yet, this journey is far from over as we continue exploring new solutions to enhance the global subsea inspection experience. To support this evolution, from a start-up to a key player in subsea inspections powered by photogrammetry, we began 2025 with a clear objective: to update and strengthen our image.
The change
This new look reflects both our growth and ambitions. Our brand image suffered from a lack of clear identification and comprehension so we needed a logo that would leave a lasting impression, aiming for stronger brand recognition and awareness across all continents. We wanted a new brand image that would convey the versatility of our products across industries, positioning ourselves as a reference in susbsea inspections for Oil and Gas, Renewables, Ports, UWILD, Marine Sciences, Defense and Nuclear.
Our name remains, but its image evolves. First, we changed our colors: yellow, commonly used in this industry and strongly associated with the Oil & Gas sector, did not reflect the diversity of industries we serve. We replaced it with a fresh lime green that embodies innovation and versatility across sectors while retaining our historical and meaningful blue, adjusting its tone to achieve a deeper shade. Then, we added a symbol to our logo, centered on the idea of vision, core to our business, while evoking the sea and the movement of waves. This design also reflects our company’s history, recalling the logo of ORUS 3D, the product that gave birth to the Hydro Series.
Our ambitions
We aim to assert our position as a key provider of cutting-edge solutions for the subsea inspection market. We are already pushing boundaries with the development of the only photogrammetry system capable of going down 6000 msw. As inspections become more and more demanding, the industry seeks solutions that save time and reduce costs. At IVM Technologies, this has always been our mission, and we want to invest even deeper, engineering photogrammetry solutions that enable more autonomy and cost reductions. This ambition has guided our R&D project choices, driving us toward projects that aligned with this objective. These initiatives have been valuable in advancing our expertise and capabilities in applying autonomy to subsea inspections.
In a nutshell, we unveil a new look, but we keep the same mission, focusing on developing solutions that reduce the cost of subsea inspections while accompanying our clients, every step of the way.
